
Founder Deborah Josephs has over 21
years experience in Human Resources in a broad range of industries. Most
recently, she was a member of the executive team that led DoubleClick through
the successful purchase by Google.
During her tenure at DoubleClick, Deborah implemented best practices in
recruiting, employee development, succession planning, organizational design
and HR strategy resulting in contributing to 40% year over year revenue growth
and a significant reduction in employee turnover.
Deborah was previously the Senior Director of Human Resources for the
McGraw-Hill Construction division of The McGraw-Hill Companies and had been a
Director in Human Resources in McGraw-Hill’s Standard & Poor’s division.
Before joining Standard & Poor’s in May 2002, Deborah was the Chief
Marketing Officer and HR Director for a recruitment software developer and
prior to that the HR Director for Ogilvy & Mather’s direct marketing
division. Prior to Ogilvy, Deborah spent 10 years in Human Resources positions
at various financial institutions including The Bank of New York, NASD/Nasdaq
and NatWest Bank.
Deborah has a BA in Psychology from Boston University
and is certified by the Center for
Creative Leadership to facilitate 360 feedback instruments.
